Career Development and Mentoring for Young Lawyers in Croatia – Recent Findings and Pandemic Implications

I was privileged to work in Croatia with CEPOR, an Entrepreneurship Policy Center, on a project sponsored by the US Embassy to Croatia. We looked at lawyers career concerns from law school through retirement, with an emphasis on early career development and mentoring.
